The studio

Made on the sideline

EJ Media is a sports video studio. We film teams, tournaments and events on cinema cameras, and run social media for programs that would rather be coaching.

Our story

Built for programs, not brands

EJ Media started after watching great programs post shaky phone clips of the best moments of their season.

The athletes deserved better, and the coaches didn’t have the hours to do it themselves. So we built a studio around two things: films that look and sound like the big broadcasts, and a content system that keeps a program’s feed alive every week without the staff lifting a finger.

Today we film high school and college programs, club teams, tournaments and showcases, and we stay for the season.

How we work

Five habits behind every frame

Learn the program

Before a camera comes out we talk about the season, the seniors and the rivalries.

Film the whole day

Bus rides, warmups, the tunnel, the bench. The game is only part of the story.

Cut for the screen

Vertical for the scroll, wide for YouTube and the gym, captions on everything.

Deliver while it matters

A win is news for about two days. Highlights go out the same night.

Stay for the season

The second month is better than the first, because we know your players by name.

The team

The people behind the camera

Every shoot is crewed to fit the job, from one shooter at a signing day to a full team across four courts.
