These terms apply to your use of this website, run by EJ Media LLC (“EJ Media”, “we”, “us”), based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. By using the site, you agree to them.
Our services
Everything on this site describes our services in general. It isn’t an offer or a quote. Any project starts only once we’ve both signed a written agreement, and that agreement takes priority over anything on this site.
Refund policy
All fees paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly specified in the agreement with the client. Cancellations and payment terms are set out in that agreement.
Results
The figures in our case studies come from past projects. They aren’t a promise of what you’ll see, because results depend on your program, your season and your audience.
Our content
The films, photos, graphics and text on this site belong to EJ Media or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission. Rights in work we make for a client are set by that client’s agreement.
Other people’s names and logos
Team, school and event names and logos belong to their owners, and showing them here isn’t an endorsement. Daktronics is a trademark of Daktronics, Inc. EJ Media isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Daktronics.
What you send us
Please make sure what you send through our forms is accurate and that you’re allowed to share it. Sending an application doesn’t guarantee work.
Using the site
Please don’t misuse the site, including by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access or send spam through its forms.
Links to other sites
We link to services such as Vimeo, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee that it always will be.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, EJ Media isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
